Dog Training is a physical activity and as such handlers are reminded to train with due care and attention to their own safety and that of others and their dogs. Handlers are solely responsible for the conduct of their dog at all times.

Handlers are reminded to adhere to the guidelines of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers UK and refrain from using aversive techniques and equipment e.g. choke chains, prong collars, slip leads, pet correctors, electric or spray collars etc and the use of physical force/physical correction or any device that causes discomfort, fear or pain to the dog. We advise against the use of flexible/extendable leads in classes.

By making a booking, you are accepting that participating in an activity with dogs, children and adults poses a risk of injury to people and your dog, and you agree to indemnify Just Rewards Dog Training for all personal injury and damage to property owned by you while attending the consultation/class. You also agree to make any person who accompanies you to the class/consultation aware that they are also there at their own risk.

Behaviour Modification and Training
Success of behaviour modification and training is dependent on the amount of time and commitment you can put into your dog’s training and behaviour modification programme, and whether they are in the right environment for progress.

Behaviour problems can be difficult to modify and we do not offer guarantees. We do not ‘fix’ your dog for you.  Advice provided by Just Rewards Dog Training is given in good faith based on information given by the client.

You/your family and your dog may be videoed and/or photographed during the training class or behaviour consultation for research, teaching and advertising purposes.

Consent to use these images will be sought but can be withdrawn at any time.  Please note: all use will be anonymous, other than your dog’s name.
